It would be extremely rare for a rental management company to start marketing apartments in a building only this far along in construction.

Rare, but in this case there is a registration page on an official developer website: https://www.730hillsdale.com/
So @Keithandgian, they are taking registrations, but it'll likely be a while before they will be contacting anyone to arrange for rental leases. At this point, they wouldn't be able to promise what month the suites will be ready yet.

Apart from several of those blatantly opaque grey spandrel sections fronting Bayview on the second level, this is looking reasonably well overall. At least make them dark blue. Probably finalizing towards being a B-minus or B rated building all factors considered IMO.

To think the city thought this was a bad project. Great intensification close to a new subway station. Should have been twice as tall IMO.
