I know that we are a bit limited with the resolution of our imagery, but what you've posted is clearly disingenuous exaggeration for effect, taking a small portion of a larger image and blowing it up to a degree beyond what UrbanToronto users experience on a day-to-day basis. That said, yup...

It seems that there is more than likely nothing going on behind the hoarding at this 316 Bloor site @hawc. I've now caught up with the Keskus and Cielo threads (the side-by-side projects directly across the road to the east), and Keskus, last photographed in late October, had a flat concrete...

Soooo, do we have digging going on behind the wall here? Is work proceeding that will allow the streetcar loop to be lengthened? Maybe someone with stilts has a camera? Or, and hear me out, maybe someone has a camera that flies? Haha, I know, crazy! 42

Going forward, any new building here will be under Humber Polytechnic, but we'll keep the buildings planned under the old name with the old name, like we've done with Ryerson. In the meantime, I'd love it if someone were by here in the near future to get some shots from around the outside that...

Hence the shutdown after the festival this Spring... The Board has been shaken up since then, and a pile of the programmers who left during the mass exodus before the festival, have returned now that the president who caused the ruckus resigned. Things should be better now. Regarding the cinema...
