Soooo, do we have digging going on behind the wall here? Is work proceeding that will allow the streetcar loop to be lengthened?

Maybe someone with stilts has a camera? Or, and hear me out, maybe someone has a camera that flies? Haha, I know, crazy!

Don't know, but don't think so, I'll let the camera crew investigate, but I think after the initial dig for TTC, they backfilled.

* They don't have the correct shoring permit or any of the building permits, though they are applied for.

Yes * but only enabling works for now, not the platform itself.

I'll let you know when I see that...I walk by there most days. It's quiet as a church mouse as of posting this though.

It seems that there is more than likely nothing going on behind the hoarding at this 316 Bloor site @hawc. I've now caught up with the Keskus and Cielo threads (the side-by-side projects directly across the road to the east), and Keskus, last photographed in late October, had a flat concrete top, while Cielo was overflown by @TwinHuey in early October. Although TwinHuey's flight was pretty high, he mentions you in the Cielo thread, suggesting you might get some more close-up shots. If you do that, you may also find more recent development at Keskus next door too, but like I said, likely nothing here at 316 Bloor West.

There's actually a large chain linked gate on Madison side of 316 that you can clearly see what is behind all that snazzed up hoarding. And as I've indicated, it's flattened ground waiting to collect tumbleweeds currently.
 
Update: As soon as I spoke , it appeared there was indeed activity on site around the noon hour. I think they where just removing unused fencing they had stacked in a corner....and now the site remains even more empty with the respective crew all packed up and gone as I post this.
