The City and Hydro need to step up moving their equipment off the old pole and move to the new (TTC, I assume) one. There are far too many examples of duplicate poles all over the place since the TTC went on a new pole blitz for the new streetcar overhead Hydro are the most common offender.

Is this campus operating?

A report by JLL provides Greater Toronto office insight for Q1 2024: Downtown Toronto began the year with the first positive quarterly net absorption total since Q3 2022, which was predominantly due to three large-block tenants moving into pre-leased spaces at ....... and 375-381 Queen St. W., according to the report.

(375 - 381 Queen Street West is the civic address of the QRC West Phase 2 project)

July 2 - Finally, after several months of what appeared to be no activity on the QRC West Phase 2 project, signs of life from the tenant fit-up contractor on the site:

It would be good to have some up-to-date shots of this from across the street showing it all complete for the year-end-poll, if anyone is by here in the near future!

Finally looks like ground floor of QRC West Phase 2 is about to, or has already started its fit up. The formerly clear windows along Queen and Peter Streets have been covered, including identification of the contractor, mForm Construction Group.
