Dude good luck with that. The owner of the unit below me BBQ'd a couple of days ago. I was not happy about this. They had some heavy spices on that meat that came in to my unit (all windows where closed). They where sneaky too, covered the balcony with cardboard so that it’s not visible.

Reason for the tar smell at night right now is because they are working on the parking for the new buildings and the only time they can do it is at night since there is full construction during the day. I love the fact that the GYM on M1 is never busy :)

Hey, Have you not heard about the park that will be built for the condos? it will be a fair size. I still dream of a roof top patio where we cab BBQ, It is the only thing that I wish we had. other than that all other amenities are plenty for meeting the neighbours.

I agree, there really is not much of a difference. but I don't think a restaurant will open as there is not enough parking space for the customers. Coffee should would be great. Bakery would be AMAZING!!!!! I would wake up at 5 am to get the really fresh bread.

I live on the 3rd floor facing Sheppard and the noise is minimal. the higher you go the less it is. you should be fine.

I moved in on June and closed on December. if you want to rent who will stop you? as long as you dont tell anyone you are renting you are fine. for all they know it is your cousin living there 'till you get a mortgage. it will be fine. I seen a couple of people who did it with n problems.
