First sign of the glazing. Honestly, it looks pretty good in person though I'm not completely sold on the black grills & grey spandrel combo.

Looking at the new renders it looks like they got rid of the grand entrance. Thanks a lot, design review panel, you waste of tax money.

At least it isn't green or grey, but maybe it's just the angle. Are they planning on cleaning up/painting the concrete?

So far it looks good for Pinnacle, but that's not saying much. I'm waiting for the full renders.

So the only reason you don't like 88 Scott is because the design is dated? Dated or not its better than most 'current' glass boxes we've been getting. Also, I don't know about you but I'd take a 1920/1930's style art deco building over any contemporary building we have proposed or UC today.
