commercial uses.
 
Interesting. Keele has seen virtually no development during this long boom cycle.
 
Quite decent for the area.

I actually think this will look really nice and considering the neighbourhood (no hate, I grew up near Keele & Wilson), this is a good thing!
 
Hi everyone!

I purchased a unit in this building and so far excited but when I purchased they told me they won't start construction unless they sell 70% of the units witch is not a problem considering they told me they were at 65%. My problem now is that it's been a 2 months and every time I call i get the same answer "we're currently at 65% sold"... Should I be concerned?

Yeah, good riddance to the local supermarket with fresh produce and the local pharmacy, etc. Let's hop in our car so we can drive to do our shopping.
