Just got home from a long day and read the stuff in The Star. I think you're right. I think it's over for Rob. Cue Doug's run for mayor. We'll need to remind just everyone that Doug is an ex drug dealer.
 
Well if Renata is the informant, then I say good for her! I hope she doesn't pay a price for it though.
Could she have placed bugs in Ford's car?

Well first of all I respect the CBC. I believe they are one of the most credible organizations in Canada in the media, in my opinion. And that it will stop the speculation, for example, a 15-year-old young lady spotted Rob Ford at the Tim Horton's. Another person spotted him in Hamilton. Spotted him in Calgary. Spotted him everywhere. Just to stop the speculation to let the people of Toronto know that Rob is taking this seriously, is getting treatment and that he wants to continue coming back and serving the people.

lol... have you guys been paying attention? these idiots don't give up. rob is going to run - he's too much of a stubborn prick to throw in the towel.
 
Joe Warmington didn't get his scoop. I wonder if Doug was pissed off about the latest rant report from the Sun and went with the CBC instead.

Agreed. 2 crack videos, numerous incredibly embarrassing exposés…. this isn't going to move the meter too much, unless people start actually reading beyond the headlines.

"Look, I'm not perfect. I'm getting help. I have had issues with alcohol. I just want to move forward and continue to save the taxpayers money."

Sure, Doug. It's just that he has no one left, now that Wormy is engaged in some bizarre game of playing both sides.
 
So, according to the CBC's timeline:

Friday, May 2 — Ford spends his first day as an inpatient.

Saturday, May 3 — Ford is escorted to hospital for a four day stay, receiving ‘concurrent care’ with the treatment centre.

Wednesday, May 7 — Ford returns to the treatment centre. His trip to and from the hospital was under supervision. He has remained there since.

Meanwhile, on May 7th, Warmington publishes this:

“I feel great,” he said. “Rehab is amazing. It reminds me of football camp. Kind of like the Washington Redskins camp I went to as a kid.”

He said there are meetings with “eight people in a group,” then sometimes four, “then there is a meal before we have some one-on-one sessions.”

Ford added: “I am working out every day and I am learning about myself, my past and things like that.”

So... as usual... Ford and Warmington were blatantly lying. These people are un-f*cking-believable. I had actually assumed they were telling the truth this time. They are all pathological liars.
