Yes!!

Thank god they're doing the undersides of the balconies. If there was one sour point with this tower it was the undersides. Great news.

Was anyone really expecting the balconies to not be painted? Even my el-cheapo 1970 apartment building has painted balconies. Seriously, this is Context, not Pen-equity.
