What do you all think will be the first floor to clear 400 University/ Zurich building to the south? My unit will be on the 35th level, facing south... Construction seems to be on the 26th floor now with about 8 or so floors needed to clear the building??

Apparently there was a glass shortage from their vendors in Canada so they had to make alternate arrangements with suppliers in China - That should explain some of the delay with these ones and on L Tower's glass/cladding...

Very forgettable glass cladding... thankfully this won't be too visable sandwiched between two relatively tall buildings. Glad to see the pace of RCMI start to pick up as this is one of the slowest projects going these days. Cladding aside, this building will be great for the neighbourhood...

Everytime I see this project I can't stop thinking about how perfect this is for this corner and this neighbourhood.
