On the east side of Bay Street, on either side of of the Union Station Rail Corridor, CIBC SQUARE has been rising in two phases. On the south side of the rail corridor, the completed Phase One tower was caught, lights blazing, by UrbanToronto Forum contributor Johnny Au, at the end of work hours in mid-November. To its left, Phase Two is rising, eventually to be nearly a twin, turned east-west compared to the north-south alignment of the first phase.
