Construction is in full swing at the site of The Well at Front Street and Spadina Avenue in Downtown Toronto, where a mix of commercial, retail, rental, and condominium space is coming in seven new towers and base buildings designed by several architectural firms. Included in the plan are three Tridel-developed condominium buildings fronting Wellington Street West along the north edge of the site, now being marketed as construction continues. Among Tridel's trio of buildings is a 14-storey Wallman Architects-designed boutique condo in the northwest corner of the site, boasting Tridel's Signature Series suites.
The offerings available in the building include Penthouse Signature suites, starting from $1.8 million. A fly-through video recently released by Tridel offers a glimpse into the penthouse interiors, showing sections of two different suite layouts that combine to provide a full picture of a suite. The video includes clips of the living room, dining room, and bedroom from suite 3F+sT, and the master ensuite from suite 2Z+F. The spaces shown include a sunlit living area, a kitchen with modern white finishes, and a large outdoor terrace.
With the COVID-19 situation improving, the project's Wellington Street West presentation centre has reopened for in-person appointments with social distancing measures in place, with virtual appointment booking also available for those who wish to remain at home.
Inside the presentation centre, visitors will find a scale model of the Signature Series building, including a representation of its connection with the multi-level retail galleria that will carve across the community of seven buildings. The space shows off an interior aesthetic from II BY IV Design for the building's common areas and amenity spaces.
