On Kingston Road in Scarborough, a new condominium development by TAS in partnership with Main and Main Developments Inc. will add new life in the form of retail at ground level and residential space above. The 8 and 10-storey Teeple Architects-designed Kingston&Co Condominiums is offering potential purchasers 140 condominium units with over 70 unique floor plans. Over half of the building's suites will exceed 800 square feet, including several 3 bedroom units.
