The reshaping of lower Yonge Street is beginning as L Tower condo begins to rise. Today's Photo Of The Day, taken by UrbanToronto forum member cruzin4u, shows the future 58 storey condo to be currently at 6 storeys.

The photo, which we think was taken from the Residences of the World Trade Centre at 10 Yonge Street, also shows us the great view up Yonge towards Bloor Street. Friday's ground breaking at One Bloor East, along with other towers planned for this strip will certainly significantly change this view in the future.

Developed by CityzenCastlepoint Realty Partners and Fernbrook Homes the tower was designed by renowned architect Daniel Libeskind in partnership with Page + Steele Architects
