Out of curiosity, I inquired about renting in that building. The waiting list for a 1 bedroom apartment is on the order of years, and the rent starts at over $2500 per month.

Greenwin blockbusted this street and the one north - Keewatin Ave in the 60s. We used to trick or treat here when homes lined these streets. Even as a child, a sound but vacant house with plywood windows was a horror.
