The 5m wide strip is actually a pedestrian easement which will connect the park to Sherbourne and be open to the public year-round. It'll have some groundcover along the building side, and one row of trees will extend from the park out to Sherbourne. The grey crushed stone will be carried across as well.
Its being coordinated with 500 Sherbourne, and by the looks of it, may not happen until next spring.
