Waterfront West Streetcars and Union Station to Exhibition Place EA
Public Information Centres will be held on January 23 and January 24.
Details are as follows:
Wed. January 23, 2008
6:30pm - 9:00pm Open House
7:30pm - Presentation followed by Q&A
Bonar Parkdale Presbyterian Church
250 Dunn Avenue (just south of Queen St.)
and
Thurs. January 24, 2008
6:30pm - 9:00pm Open House
7:30pm - Presentation followed by Q&A
Queen Elizabeth Building Fountain Room @ Exhibition Place
200 Princes' Boulevard
QE building is located west of BMO Field
Please note that display boards for both studies will be available at
the two Public Information Centres. The formal presentation on January
23rd in Parkdale will focus exclusively on the Waterfront West
Streetcars EA.
Maps of the meeting locations are available on the project website:

(Union to CNE must be the Fort York plans considering Fleet is already
been done and the Queens Quay is already started.

Missing from this notice is the Central EA that includes the current Queens Quay line that is having a meeting tonight of all things. It looking at part of the area for the Union to CNE also. Great piece meal projects with no real view how the waterfront is to work as one system in the first place. East-Bay LRT EA is on hold because the Central EA will define how EB will look like.
The Central EA study area cover most of the Union-CNE study area except for the area west of Spadina.
