Thanks for the pics!

I think this will be the last of the "short and chubby" buildings that go up in Downtown Markham now that height restrictions are being lifted due to Buttonville closing.

I wonder what Remington has planned for this community? Do you own the land in the area?

They're 4-8 weeks past this phase from the Signature buildings. Most of the projects seem to take a little over 3 years from start to finish. So assuming that timeline continues, the York condos should be finished in the 2nd half of 2020. But that's just me spitballing.

EDIT: York currently looks like this.

looks great. Best building in Downtown Markham so far I would say.
I would have to agree. The lack of spandrel, clean window wall, semi-interesting design and the pop of colour makes this building quite handsome. The townhomes at the back of this building also look quite nice and will be overlooking a new park that will be built on the empty land to the north of this.
