The precast looks unfinished and worn, so my guess is they’re either going for that effect, which I honestly kind of like, or it’ll be painted rust colour.

Anyone else notice on the "north" tower that the south facing wall doesn't have a full continuous balcony as per renderings/model?

I'm a bit saddened as I think this affects my unit and its balcony (likely shortened).

I’m not fond of the dark grey precast, something about it just seems a bit off to me in person. Hopefully it all looks better once it is completed.
