You got to ask yourself why create a rendering that's not going to be true to the touch ! It's a disappointing thing. We need more warm tone coloured facades in the downtown area !

You have clearly not been paying attention! It is, unfortunately, all too common to see buildings that lack any of the interesting detailing or colours shown in 'artists renderings'. Renderings are, well, renderings and impressions and are aimed at persuading people to buy in a building without really promising it will look like the picture. Sad? Yes.
