the name of the new establishment that is going in there is "Da Factory." I can't imagine it's a place I would want to visit given the name.

My thoughts exactly. The building permit with that name on it was in the window for a very long time with no signs of progress, though, and now it seems to be gone.

Perhaps Da Factory couldn't secure da funding?

Lots of steam was pouring out of the corner this afternoon. Wonder if they hit something underground.

Yesterday was kind of surreal lots of steam as I was walking to the office, but then again lots of strange things seem to occur on that corner... and lets not start with the stench... I really hope they revamp that corner build another context building! that would be great Spire II

looks like they were drilling there the other day.
not sure if its just maintenance/refilling or there may be some potential development plans.

anyone have any insight?
