2) Standalone Joe Fresh (a little weird given a loblaws is going 2 blocks east on Eglinton)

Unrelated is that cinplex is adding VIP theater (or maybe just renovating an existing one).

That seems really.... boring & disappointing. But I guess what should we expect from a mall. Oh well hopefully the view from the rooftop patio will be nice at least
