This building looks best from the lane way. The podium isn’t bad on the lane way.

I'm so confused by this building ... the podium is an absolute mess, but the tower is quite nice.

The black panels on the podium seems to look pretty good . But what throws it off is the orange paneling, it's all over the place ! Maybe it'll look good at night time when it's all lit up at night !

The image is a bit busy, so many cranes, but I had noticed that the pool is coming along nicely.

I always felt the only part of the podium that had some potential was the way they broke part of the elevation into vertical stripes and added some rhythm to the streetscape.

...Then I saw yesterday that they are installing a long, continuous signage structure along the Yonge Street elevation, completely undoing that architectural gesture. Does G+C even try?

^To be honest, it's embarrassing to even call Graziani + Corazza an architect firm. Any inspired high school student with architect aspirations could produce much better then this embarrassment of a firm.
