The street level of this building is embarrassing to walk past. It's that bad.

From the building permits it looks like the tenants so far are a film school on the third floor, and a Meridian Credit Union and RBC on the ground floor

Was RBC the bank that was on the site before demolition? Maybe they had an agreement to move back like the McDonald’s across from the ROM

I bet to differ, the Podium color saved the Tower to become the worst building in the GTA over 160 m

The entire podium is trash, the only decent design element are the balconies, but it's only because they're not grey.
