More evidence that the condo market downtown continues to be red hot, which makes perfect sense because the smart people are all moving down there to be close to the real jobs in order to avoid the commuting nightmare that this city has become known for. Live, work, play, learn, all in the same neighbourhood. It's the logical way of the future.
 
I don't think that the condo market will crash till four or five years because more and more people are moving to Toronto for better jobs and lifestyle and those people need a place to live.
