Based on the last couple of renderings it sure does look like the developer has added a 15th floor or a loft floor for the 14th floor penthouses. The side facing south.
 
I have to say this one is turning out better than I imagined.

The park-facing side was always going to be a bit looming--but they've used huge, dark pieces of spandrel with very few mullions that I think are super effective at keeping the design clean.

It *almost* looks like a cladding system, but on a budget. Other condos could learn.

It is right! To be honest I thought this one was about to be kinda meh but it isn’t. Nice design
 
Nice overhead wires and utility poles. Let’s you know you’re in Toronto.
 
A bit hodge-podgey overall but I think the precast brick sections up top redeem it a bit more. I do like the eastside profile of the building and how it's viewed along King Street.
