The colour of those panels definitely look like a shade of subtle mint green up close in person.

It's a shame they couldn't have gone for the same execution as the Woodsworth College student residences building at St. George & Bloor.

The lighting of the day tends to define how green that spandrel looks. Seems like when it's cloudy or seen in the shade, the green becomes more vivid.

Main and Main's 5249 Dundas project, also designed by Diamond Schmitt, looks to be handling the usage of white spandrel better with a more accurate colour tone.
