Despite my general dislike of this project, I am excited to see the retail/office heritage portion.

I used to live in Panorama next door and remember the extremely derelict condition of the Loblaws heritage building. Once the scaffolding is down, that building should look stunning and the new Loblaws store will bring a much-needed injection of street life to that corner. As for the towers, the best that could be said is that they break up the monotony of black / dark towers in that cluster.
