Not anytime soon. Both spaces have absolutely no construction going on or permits in place.

The liquor permits were in place a while ago when the building was in construction. not sure what happened with that

I'm more disturbed by the fact that they were too cheap to paint the undersides of the balconies. I hate that.

I disagree. Paint would look generic and flat. That concrete is actually fairly even looking and has a rather subtle naturally variegated pattern.

Are they seriously not going to paint those? They will probably get around to it when residents all move in and have a condo board make approve the painting.

Cool, trendy and unattractive. Speaking of unattractive, when did the CN Tower's concrete start looking like a really bad patch up job? It seems to be looking worse by the day.

Unpainted balconies look like garbage. This is how they'd look if painted white (the photo is of Glas condo, down the street from here and with many similar design elements):
