Retailers don't typically commit to new developments far in advance of their completion, so no-one's declared yet, but I would be surprised if you don't get a coffee shop, convenience store, a dry cleaners.

Forgot to stop by the site on Friday (26) as it look like they are getting ready to top the tower off as I was coming off the 427. Was planning on going back after I dealt with Kipling to see if I was seeing was correctly, but drove by it.
