Valera Condos Building has been turned out great with completely of 344 Condo units and 70 townhouse units in just over 26 months of construction respectively.

People have definitely moved into a lot of the townhomes, a few lights left on in some units in the towers too but nothing looked like it was actually occupied.

Has anyone received Statement of Adjustments from the Builder yet? I am wondering how expensive.closing adjustments will be on the upcoming condo registration.
Anyone have more photos of this?
