I have a similar email and interpreted the response (which I posted above) as being the total number of days they were adding as it is a single event, one(1) unavoidable delay.

Yeah, this was sent during the second wave of the pandemic and after which was about 6months after we received the first one you posted. However, we never received revised dates after the email in December 2020. Read point 5 and 6 in the letter I posted -

5. It is difficult at this stage to be certain if or how long the total delays may be and thus how the construction schedule for your Home will be affected.
6. As more information becomes available, we will keep you informed of developments.

Yes, the email you have posted is for 23 March unavoidable delay. We are yet to receive 2nd notification for 15 December unavoidable delay.

Definitely fun times...lol. May 2022 is around the corner, and as everyone else, I also doubt that they will meet it. Maybe they want to complete the final release before sending out the revised dates, who knows...

True!! Buildings go up quick , it's the infrastructure that takes time.. I saw the hydro lines puttin and sewage .. Looks like that is done for the first blocks so let's see !!!

I pass there today.. Steel frames almost complete for the front building and steel inserts for the second building in the ground., I did a small video but somehow not allowing to upload via mobile ..Will try tomorrow with laptop.,
