I was on vacation in the US a few years ago and the icebreaker question for a group we were in while doing ziplining in the Smoky Mountains was "what's your go-to taco bell order?". Everyone else in the group immediately had an answer.. we shrugged! I guess it's way more popular south of the border..

I can't say I can say that authoratively as I haven't had Taco Bell in probably a solid 15-20 years at this point. And it's not like I avoid fast food, it's a sort of guilty pleasure of mine..
