One thing you can certainly say about this project is that it will be safe what with 51 Division being their neighbour.

Hard to get any shots of this project so far. Now it is at grade, it will start to climb fast and be seen.

Giannone nailed it with this building. This thing transforms this intersection, previously one of the worst in Corktown, on it's way to becoming quite nice.
 
Yeah, this area is such a wasteland - hard to believe that it's downtown. It desperately needs a ton more developments like this one.
 
What a beauty. This thing will really transform the area IMO. I do like the use of brick in many of Streetcar's developments as opposed to all glass like so many other projects.

Are you aware that the West Don Lands (aka Pan-Am Athletes' Village) is just down the road and the Distillery District a stone's throw away? I think it is safe to say that development IS coming, fast.
