Hometown Hockey event in downtown Vaughan over the weekend. They used the park area between the subway station and the bus terminal and closed Millway north of 7 to Apple Mill Road. A work in progress as a downtown but a step in the right direction.

Once these buildings, The Met, and the next two phases of Expo City occupy the area should start to have more of a critical mass of population to actually support some retail. It's still pretty dead here beyond people going to and from the subway.

The retail vacancy could be filled if the asking rents decreased. Retailers and brokers are aware of the incoming population and traffic. The asking rents are likely too high.
 
Has anyone who purchased one of the units in TC1 or 2 have images of the 3 interior finish boards to choose from?
Palette A - Medium Grey/Brown
Palette B - Dark Brown
Palette C - Light Grey/White
