Jeez, I try to stay positive about this development but it's really turning into a hulking mess. The cladding is all over the place and its mass is so overwhelming and obtrusive.

Today. The fake marble (or wood?) cladding on the lower half of the northwest ‘block’ is certainly different …

...whatever it is, looks like it needs a good power wash when it's all installed and done. And to put it mildly.

Garbage bins and bus shelters are obviously important, but the other side of the street has a fantastic wall of trees, and this should match it.

But it won't.
