Sometimes a sidewalk is just a sidewalk- this one is typical but does have 4 or 5 (empty) tree pits.No picture?

There are "tenants and tenants' and I have strong doubts that either of us will be terribly interested in any who move here! We really have an excess of nail salons, dentists, pot shops and dry cleaners in the immediate neighbourhood and these are the kinds of places that have low set-up costs and thus prepared to sign leases.
