I typically love black cladding but something about this is really off. Terrible execution made worse by how out of place it is and how dark the ground level is. Compare this to Fleur Condos ...

look I’m not a huge fan of this building either, but saying “compare this to Fleur condos” would shine an unfavourable light onto almost any other recently-constructed building lol

This just goes from bad to worse. How ironic that Daniels Architecture is slowly getting hemmed in by some of the worst architecture in the city.
