I shudder to think of how many new NIMBYs this building has created in the area. If you were pro-development before, this and design haus going up in your neighbourhood are enough to never support a new tower ever again.

I know it's not a popular opinion, but I like this one. The detailing and materials might be lacking, but at a glance the overall design gesture is clean, sharp and clearly communicated.
