On paper, those prices per square footage ain't bad for the Danforth. Just hope this isn't a smoke and mirrors thing and that they can actually pull this off and build it out.
With the nearby 1111/1114 Danforth developments asking for 14 and 12 storeys, I wouldn't be surprised if we see a more ambitious proposal on the site once purchased.

Fast forward three years later and the project is just another example of a failed development project on the Danforth under Paula's watch.
