From my understanding, this should be the site on the Danforth. If this is Condoman's Theo project now, it's a bit odd how the signage still shows it's for sale. Unless they just haven't updated it for a while now. Or...

Yes, that is definitely the site. The JLL has it listed as sold (https://powersearch.jll.com/ca-en/property/37831/1030-danforth-avenue) and the Theo building website is up so I'm guessing they haven't gotten around to removing the sign or still waiting for traction (sales, demand, etc).

The Theo is a 53 unit mid-rise building along Danforth Avenue with at-grade retail and 2 levels of below-grade parking.

Given its location in Greektown, it would be considered fit for the Olympians. After all, the Greek word for "god" is "theos."

Lots of projects in the works for Condoman, all of them great designs by Standard Practice. I just hope he has the marketing and sales capability to pull them off. I'd hate to see them go to waste.

Especially as these types of mid-rise buildings he is pursuing don't tend to pull the largest of profit margins.
