Stopped by March 28th to take a couple pictures. Not much difference on the outside, other than that for the south building, they have finished the cladding (?) for the parts that used to be the hoist elevator.

Your closing date is something that you should be in touch with Plaza about, I'd imagine. That's not public knowledge.

April 11th, the hoist has come down halfway since the last photo above.

From April 18 - The construction crane is still coming down. Compared to the times taken by other sites to bring down their construction cranes, this one seems to be quite slow. Meanwhile, the landscaping preparation for the areas in front of the townhouse units is underway. boulevard area in front of the townhouse unit is underway.

April 24: Removal of the second external construction hoist is almost complete.

Photos taken May 15th. Looks ready for occupancy, and the entrance to the south building looks ready.

May 15: A couple of notes. First, there is still a lot of work to do to enclose the openings in the north tower where the construction hoist used to be. The comparable openings in the south tower have been completely enclosed and sealed up. Secondly - a large crew working on the Widmar street frontage landscaping - looks like a bit of a push to get this component finished.

I know that these townhouses are residential but the main level would make excellent café/restaurant spaces! And it looks like occupancy has already begun. Taken 16 May.
