This area is getting really tight!
Anyone have an idea of what the clearance between the two neighbours on the east and west side going to look like?
To the east is Widmer Street, to the west is the lane between this and the Commodore Building and 87 Peter. Between this complex and the Commodore building, it will be 6.01 metres. Same with the lowest two storeys of this building to the lowest 4 storeys of 87 Peter. Floors 5 through 11 of 87 Peter are stepped back a further 2.5 metres as are floors 3 through 11 of this building, making it an 11 metre separation up to the 11th floor. Above that 87 Peter steps back a further 2 metres while this building steps back 4.5 more metres, for a 17.5 metre separation between the towers.

Not looking forward to these - aside from the podium it looks like the towers will get the exact same cladding treatment as the great gulf x quadrangle build to the southwest

It looked exactly same as 3 weeks ago. The progress is relatively slow compared to great gulf one on King st.
Great Gulf's 357 King West is onto the repeating floor-plates of tower floors: those are way smaller than this, and since one floor is the same as another, they don't have to be special forms each time, they just pull them out from the floor below, lift them up, and create another floor.

Here, with the podium of this complex, you're talking about something three times the area of 357 King West, and each podium floor is a bit different, so many of the forms have to be specially built for each floor. Once this splits into two separate towers with repeating floor-plates, this will rise speedily too.

Thanks for the information. So when do you guess the construction will be finished by?
