One minor quibble about this otherwise excellent development: the thin stripes of spandrel (not nearly as offensive as what's found in typical Toronto condo construction, granted) do detract somewhat from the vertical sleekness of the red fins. The spaces in between fins should either have been entirely vision glass or the a more seamlessly colour-coordinated reflective spandrel system.
 
Sherbourne is closed today for crane use.
They’re installing a couple massive slabs that span the first two stories of the street facade. Hard to get a good shot of them now but I think these will look excellent!
