It's far from final still, but the current proposal is two 46 storey residential towers on King, and 46 and 25 storey residential towers on Front. And a 24 storey commercial tower, which is probably similar in height to the 46 storey residential ones.

My unit designation starts with '11' < that's what I was going off with initially.
I see that floor survey included in my contract shows 'Level 10'.

Based on that image I am guessing that the top floor might end up with unit #s starting with '40'.
(apologies, wasn't my intention to confuse anyone)

They are skipping floors 4, 13, 14, 24, and 34 for naming, so the actual story and the unit number will be off by 5 floors at the top.

This one, at least so far, tends to just peak out from certain angles. The colouring is looking great, so I'm hoping once this one is all said and done, it manages to distract from some of the other, duller structures in its surrounding. Pictures from Wednesday:
