Pretty awesome to see two homegrown tech firms anchor this whole office! I'm interested to see who's behind tenancy door number three.

I love that even though this is the largest single project in the City's history, you still have people nitpicking about 'exceptionally tall' or some bullshit...

I would take The Well over a lot of the boring glass boxes built in the city any day of the week. Height in Toronto doesn't mean eye catching.
The Well looks like an impressive community and will make a great addition to the city.

The office tower, podiums and other commercial areas look great. I have reservations with how some of the residential towers turn out. I'm optimistic but bracing for disappointment.

I was just saying you would think there was some really huge building going up here due to the size of the dig.
