Ummm isn’t bc owners of rental buildings want to avoid the constant maintenance of crap wall systems so they spend a more up front on durable assemblies, while condo developers punt future inevitable maintenance costs onto condo boards and so spec cheap window wall?Selby is rental so to keep folks interested and coming back, it was / is in Tricon's best interest to do something that's a cut above.
