You've mistakenly taken my point as some sort of attack on plumbers. The general average quality of condo construction is low, so I'm taking a shot at all trades, but more importantly, developers. Shitty plumbers often get more contracts because their low bid prices click with cheap developers who put cost suppression ahead of everything else. And bad plumbing does not gradually reveal itself like shitty glass and cladding, but explodes into consciousness by way of massive floods. It's a building system that when it fails, it fails spectacularly.
