Too many angles and stacked modules to look like any pencil I've ever used.

The building footprint is not much larger than the Cornell crane. This thing is going to look like a pencil which could be interesting.

The massive crane & columns and aerial photos give that impression but the tower footprint is not much smaller than the one cross the street. Just look at the size of the workers in the next to last picture and you get the relative size of the floor plate.

It's a standard 8,000sf floorplate like most towers in the city I believe. It's going to look narrower though since it doesn't have balconies and is much taller than every other tower in the city..

Very classy, I am loving the champaign colour scheme. No other tower in Toronto looks like this, so its nice to know The One will certainly stand out.
