Thanks! A few others being prepared for some other larger projects (considered the Well but would have to quit my job for that one...). This one will definitely start to spice up once we're past grade.

Well, now it looks to me like it will hit grade around the last week of October / first week of November. Too bad for my December guess, but glad to see it moving. I also think that will be pretty close to the median guess of forum members, which is interesting.
